摘要
本文主要介绍了秦山核电厂蒸汽发生器传热管堵管结构和腐蚀试验研究,即将Inconel-600和Inconel-690两种不同材料加工成模拟塞子,用氩弧焊将塞子焊接在模拟管板堆焊层上,然后将模拟体置于高压釜内进行1000小时的加速腐蚀试验。试验后再用多种方法对金相结构进行检查。经检查,所有样品均未发现任何腐蚀裂纹。
This paper describes the plugging procedure and corrosion test for steam generator tube for Qinshan NPP. Two different materiale of Inconel-600 and inconel-690 are used to manufacture modeling plugs. Then, these modeling plugs were welded on the overlay of tube plate and put them into autoclave to perform accelerative corrosion test for 1000 hours. After testing, these modeling samples were examined with different metallographie methods, no any crack is found.
