摘要
本文对慈姑主茎的初生加厚分生组织,腋生小鳞片的属性及功能,匍匐茎的发生与形态结构进行了观察分析。匍匐茎的细胞中具有复合淀粉及筛管中的P—型质体中具楔形蛋白体均属首次报道。
Observations and analyses of the primary thickening meristem, the axillary squanules with their attribute and functions and development, morphology and anatomicaal structures of the stolon of Sagittaria sagittifolia L. are dealt with in this article. Compound starch granules and cuneiform protein bodies are found in cells and p-plastids of the sieve elements of the stolon respectively. These structures are reported by the first time.
