摘要
用核化学技术测定了20.5、24.0、27.5、31.1、34.8、38.5、42.3和46.4MeV/u的^(12)C离子和铜相互作用中36个反应余核的激发函数。从这些数据得到了A=48和A=56质量链的电荷分布,其高斯电荷分布宽度随入射^(12)C离子能量增加而略有增加。根据电荷分布假设计算了反应余核的同位素分布和质量分布。
The excitation functions have been determined for 36 reaction products from the interaction of copper with 20. 5,24. 0,27. 5,31. 1,34. 8,38. 5,42. 3 and 46. 4 MeV/u 12C ions using nuclear chemical techniques. From these data, charge distribution of mass numbers of A =48 and 56 have been obtained. It is found that the widths of the charge distributions increase slowly with increasing incident 12 C energies. On the basis of assumption of the charge distribution, the isotopic distributions and the mass yield distributions have been calculated.
