摘要 用NAA方法测定人发和粪便样品中Cu、Zn、Ca、Mn、Al和Mg等六种微量元素,分析比较了病人和正常人样品中微量元素含量的差异。并对病人治疗前后微量元素的变化进行了探讨。 Samples of human hair and feces have been investigated by NAA. Trace elements Cu,Zn,Ca,Mn,Al and Mg were determined. Elemental concentrations in samples from normal persons and from patients with Wilson's disease have been compared. The variation of elemental concentrations in hair and feces samples taken from patients before- and after- cure, was also studied. The analytical results show that Cu in feces from patients is remarkably lower than that from normal persons; patients before-and after-cure have no significant differences in Cu; and there are significant differences for Al and Ca in hair and Al, Ca and Mg in feces between patients and normal persons.
