摘要
通过对国内外腈纶各工艺路线的生产现状及建设规律进行分析,提出了我国腈纶工艺路线的发展建议,即腈纶工艺路线总数应控制在4～5种;选用国内工艺时,不应忽视 NaSCN—步法腈纶的发展;引进工艺设备重点应该转向差别化纤维装置的配套与建设.
Some suggestions are put forward to acrylic fiber industry in our country according to analysis of the do-mestic and foreign acrylic fiber industrial processes.It is better to control 4 or 5 types of process.Also it isnecessary to pay more attentions to chose NaSCN one-step process and attachment and construction of equip-ment of differential fiber production in China.
