用GPC图谱和[η]计算冷聚丁腈橡胶分子量

摘要 从一个宽分子量分布的冷聚丁腈橡胶(简称丁腈软胶)试样的GPC图谱和[η]获得其M_w和M_n,以这两个分子量为准,将一组窄分子量分布的聚苯乙烯标准试样的分子量和洗出体积建立的校正曲线转换成丁腈软胶的校正曲线,用后一校正曲线即可计算出待测丁腈软胶试样的分子量及其分布。所选条件与文献吻合,平行结果的相对误差小于5%。 The Mw and Mn of broad molecular weight distribution acrylonitrile-butadiene cold rubber (NBR) were estimated from its GPC chromatogram and [η]. On the basis of Mw and Mn, the calibration curve of the molecular weight and eluted of a set of narrow molecular weight distribution standard samples of polystyrene was transformed to the calibration curve of NBR ,whichcould calculate the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of NBR. The selected conditions were in good agreement with the literatures , the relative error between two parallel results was less than 5% .
