摘要
以硝酸铈铵作引发剂,研究了甲基丙烯酸甲酯与马铃薯淀粉接枝共聚合的反应规律及影响因素。结果表明,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为120min,单体浓度为0.593mol/L,引发剂浓度为6.31mmol/L时,接枝率和接枝效率均较高。在实验结果的基础上,探讨了反应机理和反应动力学。
The regularities of the graft copolymerization of methyl methacrylate onto potato starch initiated by eerie ammonium nitrate were studied . The experimental result showed that the grafting percentage and the grafting efficiency percentage were considerably affected by initiator concentration monomer concentration , reaction time and temperature. The optimum conditions of the graft copolymerization were: methyl methacrylate con-centration 0.593 mol/L, initiator concentration 631 mmol/L, temperature 50°C and time 120 min. The mechanism of the graft copolymerization was proposed and the kinetic rate expressions were derived on the basis of the experimental results .
