摘要 采用高效丝网波纹填料减压精馏塔和γ-Al_2O_3吸附干燥法对1万t/aSBS工业生产装置的原料苯乙烯进行了精制。通过计算机模拟计算,确定精馏塔规格为φ800mm×19318mm,理论塔板数为30块,填料总高度为7.6m,其中精馏段为4.4m,提馏段为3.2m;干燥塔为φ800mm×5334mm,两塔串联。生产实践证明,苯乙烯中的苯甲醛含量低于10^(-6),水分含量为(14~19)×10^(-6),平均为16×10^(-6),自聚物含量为(10~30)×10^(-6),平均为22×10^(-6),其他杂质含量均低于技术指标。将精制的苯乙烯用于1万t/aSBS工业生产,聚合单釜合格率和SBS质量均达到了较高水平。 The raw styrene in a 10kt/a SBS plant was refined by means of the decompression rectifying tower packed with efficient corrugated gauze packing and was treated by γ-Al2O3 absorbents. The dimension of rectifying tower was φ800mm× 19 318mm, the number of theoretical plates was 30, the packing height was 7.6m. The drying tower was φ800mm×5334mm, two towers in series. The production results showed that the content of phenylformaldehyde in styrene was less than 1×10-6, water content (14-19)×10-6, autopolymer content (10-30) × 10-6, and other impurities were less than the technical standards. The quality of styrene could meet the requirement of SBS production in 10kt/a plant.
