摘要
针对磨溪气田先导试验水平井的地质特征 ,探索和实践了水平井油管输送、变相位、变孔密、正压延时分段一次性射孔工艺 ;连续油管拖动解堵及大型空井酸化工艺 ;低压气井残液返排技术及含硫气井玻纤油管投产等水平井完井及酸化新工艺。试验结果表明 ,酸化后磨 75 -H水平井、磨 38H水平井、磨 5 0水平井产气量是该地区同层直井平均测试产量的 4~ 7倍 ,获得了显著的增产效果和经济效益。
On the basis of the geologic feature of pilot horizontal well in Moxi gas field,explore and practise the one-trip perforation technology,coiled tubing under tow broken down and acidizing technology in barren hole,reacted acid backflow technique in how pressure gas well and fiberglass tubing completion and acidizing technique.Through field application of these completion and acidizing technique,obvious stimulation effect and economic benefit are obtained,for example,after acidizing,gas producing is 17.9ⅹ10 4m 3/d in well Mo 75-H,7.21ⅹ10 4m 3/d in well Mo 38 H and 12.75ⅹ10 4m 3/d in well Mo 50 H,their production is 4~7times that of straight well in same formation.
