摘要
通过对苯肼的合成工艺进行改进 ,高收率地合成了高纯度苯肼 ,产品纯度为 99% (GC)以上 ,联苯胺浓度小于 0 0 0 1 5 % (HPLC) ,苯胺小于 0 1 % (HPLC) ,苯酚小于 0 0 5 % (HPLC) ,总收率由 70 %提高到 75 %。
Phenylhydrazine is prepared with high purity and high yield by improving the existing process. The purity of phenylhydrazine is higher than 99%(GC) ,the yield is over 75%,and the content of benzidine is less than 0 0015%(HPLC),aniline fewer than 0 1%(HPLC), and phenol no more than 0 05%(HPLC). The total yield of phenylhydrazine is increased from 70% to 75%.
