摘要
本文论述了国内外固硫技术的发展概况。分析比较了当前几种钙基固硫剂的固硫效率。总结了影响钙基固硫效率的主要因素。针对目前高温固硫效果差的现状,实验室中通过对SO2的分析测定(碘量法),比较了单组分固硫剂、多组分固硫剂在不同Ca/S比下的固硫效率。最后得到了一种在燃烧温度为1150℃,燃烧时间在20分钟内固硫率稳定在70%以上的适用于LIFAC法的高效喷钙剂。
<abstract>is article gives the summary of fixed-sulfur technology at home and abroad. The present several kinds of fixed-sulfurtechnology using calcium-based sorbents are analyzed and compared, different factors affecting the fixed-sulfur efficiency of calcium-basedcompound are reviewed. In order to promote the low efficiency of calcium-based sorbents during coal combustion at high temperature, we measureSO2 capture rate of several capture reagents at different Ca/S ratio and discuss possible corresponding reaction mechanism. Eventually two kindsof higher efficiency sulfur capture reagents are developed which can fire in furnace at 1150℃ and for 20 minutes.
