摘要
本文介绍了在拉伸强度、弹性模量与E玻璃纤维相近的超拉伸聚甲醛(英文缩写POM)单丝的生产方法、物理及化学特性;分析了超拉伸POM单丝的成形工艺对单丝性能的影响;阐述了开发POM单丝的实用价值。
The production technology and property of super-strength polyoxymethylene(SSPOM)monofilament are introduced,which has a tensile strength and elastic modulus close to the E glass fiber,the influence of formation technology on the property of SSPOM monofilament is analysed and the practical meaning of developing POM monofilament is illustrated.
