摘要
在多产异构烷烃的催化裂化工艺反应器的第一反应区和第二反应区出口现场取样,并测定其气体组成、液体组成以及产物分布。对这些数据的分析结果表明,第一反应区的转化率占总转化率的70.98%,汽油烯烃含量为58%;第二反应区的转化率占总转化率的29.02%,汽油烯烃含量为33.1%,从而认识了第一反应区和第二反应区的作用,开发了以“两个反应区”概念为基础的多产异构烷烃的催化裂化工艺(MIP)。
The on line reaction mix sampling (RMS) system was set up, installed at the outlet of the first reaction zone and the second reaction zone of the Maximizing iso-paraffins (MIP) reactor. The composition of gas and liquid products and product yield distribution of RMS were determined by using various analytical methods. Analytical results show that conversion ratio of 1st to 2nd reaction zone is 70.98%, The olefin content of gasoline at 1st reaction zone outlet is up to 58%, whereas the olefin content of gasoline at 2nd reaction zone outlet is only 33.1%. Therefore, the functions of the first reaction zone and the second reaction zone are clearly recognized and the two reaction zone concept for developing MIP process was established based on the analytical results.
