以全氟聚醚羧酸为原料,合成了全氟聚醚酰胺磺酸钠稠油降粘剂(ANF),考察了反应条件对目的产物的影响。将全氟聚醚羧酸分离为3个不同馏分作原料,得到3个目的产物,并测定它们的结构和表面活性。红外光谱分析的结果表明,它们均为全氟聚醚酰胺磺酸钠(分别标记为ANF-Ⅰ,ANF-Ⅱ和ANF-Ⅲ)。前两个化合物具有很高的表面活性,在14%的乙醇溶液中,ANF-Ⅰ和ANF-Ⅱ的含量为0.1%时,表面张力分别为24.08和25.77 mN/m,与含量高10倍的碳氢表面活性剂的表面张力相当。
Perfluoropolyether-sulfonate surfactants ANF-I, ANF-II, ANF-III were synthesized with perfluoropolyether acid fractions as the raw materials in the sequence of increasing boiling range of 150°C respectively separated under 0.27 kPa vacuum pressure. The reaction conditions including different fraction of perfluoropolyether acid raw materials, reaction temperature, acylation agents, and reaction time for synthesizing ANFs were explored. ANF-I, ANF-II and ANF-III were identified as perfluoropolyether-sulfonates characteristic of their IR spectrum νC=O, νN-H, νC-S, νS=O bands. The surface activity of ANF-I and ANF-II (with 0.1% content soluted in 14% ethanol solution) in terms of surface tension were 24.08 and 25.77 mN/m respectively, the same level compared to the conventional hydrocarbon surfactants of 10 times content.
