摘要
由电液比例换向阀和轴向变量泵组成的比例变量泵系统是一种新型液压动力机构。由于它具有一系列优越性能,近年来得到迅速发展和应用,但是,此种机构的动力学分析和设计计算方法,目前尚处于研究之中。本文从实际出发,以负载曲线和比例阀空载流量为条件,导出以功耗最小为指标的系统参数:A(变量油缸活塞有效面积)与Q_m(比例换向阀空载流量)最佳匹配计算公式。分析了系统中压力和流量的关系,考虑了油液的泄漏和压缩性的影响,建立了系统的动力学方程。然后,利用位置精度求出开环增益,以实现控制线路的优化设计。
The proportional variable pump system made up with electrohydraulic proportional reversing valve and axial variable pump is a new kind of hydraulic dynamic structure. Because of a series of its excellent performance, in current years it has been developed quickly and used widely. But the dynamic analysis of such structure and the design of its calculation method are still under studying . This article considers the real condition , leads out the system's parameters' (a &. Qm)best matching calculational formula which can make the power consumption least in the condition of the load curse and the proportional valve's no-load flow . It analyses the relation between the pressure and flow in the system, considers the affection made by the leakage and compression ,sets the dynamic equation of the system,and then gets the open-loop gain by the position accuracy to fullfil the optimization design of the control circuits.
