氰戊菊酯染毒大鼠肺细胞的超微结构观察

ULTRASTRUCTURAL OBSERVATION OF THE PULMONARY CELLS FROM THE RATS EXPOSURED TO FENVALERATE

摘要 采用扫描和透射电镜,观察了染毒氰戊菊酯大鼠肺细胞及其膜性结构的动态变化。结果表明:0.19mg/kg氰戊菊酯未诱发肺细胞毒反应;0.93mg/kg仅引起以中性白细胞渗出为主的的轻度肺泡炎;≥4.66mg/kg时,可导致肺实质损伤,主要表现为细胞构成的明显改变、细胞生物膜结构的严重损伤、细胞大量溶解死亡以及多个融合细胞灶的形成。这些反应可发生于染毒后30分钟,4~24小时达高峰,4天后恢复正常。本次研究结果,为深入探讨氰戊菊酯,对肺脏的毒性毒理,并为制订其卫生标准,提供了细胞形态学依据。 The kinetic changes of the pulmonary cells and its membrane structures from malesprague-Dawley rats exposed to fenvalerate were observed by scanning and transmissonelectron microscope. The findings showed that fenvalerate did not produce the responseof the pulmonary cell toxicity at the dosage of 0.19mg/kg, and that a mild alveoltisdeveloped at the dosage of 0.93mg/kg as the result of the exudation of polymorphneutrophilic leukocytes. But lung parenchyma injury ensued at dosage of≥4.66mg/kg.The main manifestations of the injury were the apparent change of the cells, percentage,the severe injury of the cyto-biomembrane strutures, the dissolution or death of avariety of the cells and the formation of many fused cell foci; and those manifestationsof the lung injury occurred following 30 min of exposure. The peak responses atabout 4-24 hr, and returned to normal state after about 4 days. The results of thepresent study provide a number of cellular morphological basis for the probing furtherinto the toxicity of fenvalerate on the lung and intoxicating mechanisms, and for theformulation of the hygienic standard of fenvalerate.
