摘要
本文详细地研究了钒催化溴酸钾氧化溴代邻苯三酚红的褪色反应,用于监测各种试样中的痕量钒。在最佳测定条件下,方法的表观摩尔吸光系数高达1.51×10~7L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),其灵敏度为3.37×10^(-12)gV(v)/ml,线性范围为3.068~76.70ngV(v)/27ml,选用合适掩蔽剂提高了方法的选择性。该法已用于豆类作物、草霉、人发、麦饭石及水中痕量钒的测定,结果令人满意。
The decolouration reaction based on vanadium-catalysed oxidation of bromo- pyrogallol red by potassium bromate has been developed for detection of trace vanadium in a variety of sames, under optimum conditions the apparent molar absorption coefficient is 1.51 × 107 L· mol-1· cm-1, the sensitivity is 3.37 ×10-12 gV(v) / ml and the linear range is 3.068 ~ 76.70 ngV(v) / 27ml for this method. The selectivity may be enhanced to make use of certain masking-agents. It has been applied to the determination of trace vanadium in legume crops, strawberry, human hair, maifanite and drinking water with excellent results.
