摘要
目的 研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)大鼠模型复制与白细胞介素 8(IL 8)致炎作用的内在关系。方法 运用香烟熏吸法复制COPD大鼠模型 ,检测大鼠血清与支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)中IL 8浓度 ,光镜观察大鼠气管及肺组织的炎症性病理变化。结果 COPD组血清和BALF中IL 8浓度比对照组增高 ,两者差异有显著性意义。COPD大鼠气管纤毛粘连、倒伏 ,肺泡周围组织炎症细胞浸润较重 ,肺泡结构因受破坏而导致肺泡数减少和融合性肺大泡形成。结论 IL 8的致炎作用与大鼠的COPD发病密切相关 ,它以趋化、激活中性粒细胞等主要炎症细胞方式引起、放大气管炎症 ,进而导致大鼠产生COPD。
Objective To study the internal relationship between the rat patterns with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD)and the inflammation-causing effects of Interleukin-8(IL-8).Methods Cigarette-smoking is used to replicate rat patterns with COPD and test the concentration of IL-8 in the rats blood serum and Bronchi-Alveolus Lavage Fluid(BALF).The inflammatory pathological changes in rat's tracheas and BALF are observed under the microscope.Results The blood serum in the study group(rat patterns)and the concentration of IL-8 in BALF are increased more than those in the control group.There is no distinct differences.The detection has revealed that there is adhesive and inverted cilium in the COPD rats'tracheas and severe infiltration of inflammatory cells around alveolus tissues.The damage of alveolus structures results in reduction of alveoli and formation of fusion pulmonary blebs.Conclusion The inflammation-causing effects of IL-8 is closely related to the incidence of rats' COPD.It causes and amplifies tracheitis by way of assimilation and activation of some main inflammatory cells like neutrophil leucocytes to induce rats'COPD.
