摘要 在硫酸介质中,甲醛与变色酸作用生成—紫红色化合物,利用该显色反应并依据悬浊液对光的吸收性质,进行了主次双波长新分光光度法测定废水中甲醛的研究。该方法灵敏、精密,曲线稳定且操作简单。通过样品实测,检出限为0.05μg甲醛,加标回收率91%~102%。适合于化工废水及污水、河水分析。 When formylic acid and chromotropic acid reacts in sulphuric acid medium, a compound with purplish red colour will be produced. By utilizing this colour reaction and on the basis of light absorbing property of suspension, a research on assaying formaldehyde content in waste water has been carried out by adopting new spectrophotometry with primary and secondary double wave length. In sample analysis, the detection limit is found to be 0.05μg HCHO and the recovery is 91%~102%. This method of analysis is sensitive and accurate. The absorption curve is stable and the operation is simple. It is applicable for analysis of chemical waste water, sewage and river water.
