摘要
本文以2K—H 型行星齿轮传动装置为研究对象,将太阳轮与行星轮、行星轮与内齿圈之间的啮合轮齿用相当轮齿啮合刚度的弹簧代替,引入了当量啮合误差的概念,分析了静载条件下各制造误差和装配误差对行星轮间载荷分配的影响,这将有助于行星齿轮传动装置的均载设计和动力学分析。
This paper takes 2K—H planetary gear drive device as a object.The engaged teeth between sun gear and planetary gear,and between planetary and internal gear are re- placed by springs of which the stiffness is the same as the tooth engaging sliffness.A new concept of equiualent engaging error is introduced.The effect on the load sharing of the planetary gears caused by manufactring and assemblying errors under a condition of staie loading is studied.This will be helpful for the design of the load balance device and for the dynamical analysis of the planetary gear drive device.
