摘要 通过田间试验,采用植株反射仪来探讨了不同滴灌量和施氮量对马铃薯硝酸盐累积影响,试验结果表明:在滴灌条件下,在马铃薯现蕾期和块茎膨大期,随着滴灌量的增加,马铃薯叶柄硝酸盐有降低的趋势,但随着施氮量的增加,马铃薯叶柄硝酸盐也随着增加。现蕾期叶柄硝酸盐逐步增加累积,块茎膨大期叶柄硝酸盐浓度则逐渐降低。马铃薯现蕾期和块茎膨大期,叶柄硝酸盐浓度与产量之间有很好的相关性。 The research project make use of field experiment and plant test strip-reflect meter to discover the effects of different drip irrigation and nitrogen fertilizers on potato nitrate accumulation. Results of the experiment showed that potato crops nitrate in petioles have reduced with increasing drip irrigation during present bud and tuber growth but nitrogen fertilizers increasing as well as potato crops nitrate increasing. Potato crops nitrate in petioles have increased in present bud and that is reduced in tuber growth. Furthermore, significant correlation was found between nitrate concentration and yield in present bud and tuber growth.
