The author systematically introduces the active and pluralistic methods in and out English class teaching in order to develop,enhance and improve the student's sense of language.The crucial approaches are more listening,more speaking,more reading,more practice That is to say accumulation is the first step in training English speaking ability.The author also introduces the new thoughts on how to foster this kind of ability.
