摘要
测定了同株锦橙单果重103.8~205.2g 之间的各级果实品质,发现不同大小的果实在品质上存在着差异。随着单果重的增加,果酸和可食率减小(r 值分别为-0.9180、-0.9424),固酸比和果皮厚度增大(r 值分别为0.9440、0.9646)可溶性固形物、总糖、Vc 的变化无规律。
Fruit quality of each grade fruit(weight between 103.8~205.2g)in the same Jicheng orange tree was analysed.The results showed thatdifference of fruit quality existed among various fruit size.With theincrease in single fruit weight,the fruit acid and edible portion rate had adecrease(r value was-0.918-0.9424 respectively),while TSS/acid ratioand peel thickness had an increase(r value was 0.9440,0.9646respectively),and the TSS,total sugar and Vc changed unregularly.
