摘要
聚合物驱油技术作为油田高效持续稳产的重要措施,在油田的应用规模越来越大,对于抽油机井,随着采出液含聚浓度升高出现杆管偏磨、断脱及脱节器损坏等现象,导致油井有效生产时率下降、检泵周期大幅度缩短、管杆材料消耗急剧增加。针对上述聚驱抽油机井存在的问题,进行了抽聚泵的研制,经现场应用,实现延长其自身的检泵周期一倍以上。
As a significant means of effective,sustained,and stable production in oilfield,polymer flooding is being most used in oilfield and the scale of its use is becoming larger and larger.For rod-pumped wells,with the rising of the polymer concentration in produced liquid,the problems such as off-center wear and breaking-decoupling of tubing and sucker rods,and failure of connecting-tripping devices occurred,which resulted in the reduction in effective production percentage of producing wells,shortening of pump detection period,and the increase of tubing and rod material consumptions .In the light of aobve mentioned these problems,We have developed a pump for pumping polymer that is suitable for polymer flooding wells .The field uses show that the pump detection period in polymer flooding wells can be prolonged more than one times.
