填料塔液体分布器优化选型的模糊决策法

摘要 根据模糊数学理论,介绍了模糊决策法的一般应用步骤,并通过建立液体分布器优化选型的决策论域和评价因素集、模糊评价矩阵等,给出了模糊决策法确定液体分布器最优选型的通用方法;通过实例给出了判断矩阵分析法构造模糊评价因素权重的过程和液体分布器选型过程。实例应用表明,该方法简单易行,为填料塔液体分布器的优化选择提供一个手段。 Based on fuzzy mathematic theory,the steps of application of fuzzy decision to optimal selection for liquid distributor of packed tower were introduced. Decision field, evaluation factors sets, and fuzzy evaluation matrix was set up for liquid distributors. A generlized method of optimal decision for evaluating liquid distributors was established. Judgement matrix method was used for determining the weight of fuzzy evaluation factors,for selection of liquid distributors. The practical result showed that the method is simple and feasible. A quantitative and efficient method was proposed for optimal selection of liquid distributors of packed tower.
