摘要
为加强职业道德建设,提高护理服务质量,防范护理服务质量投诉,通过对若干起护理服务投诉进行分析,从医德与医务人员素质关系及医德在护患关系中的作用,剖析其原因,采取相应应对措施,从而提高了护理服务质量。
In order to strenthen the construction of professional ethics,improve the quality of nursing service and take precautions against the complaints of nursing services,this article analyzed the causes of several complaints from the following views,such as the relationship of medical ethics and the quality of medical staff,the role of medical ethics in nurse-client relationship.Also,the author put forward some countermeasures to improve the quality of nursing service.
