摘要
长期以来人们一直把对外直接投资看成是实力雄厚的跨国公司才能选择的策略。然而对于中小企业占企业总数 99%比例的中国来说 ,开展中小企业的对外直接投资更具有重大理论与现实意义。我们可以借鉴当今发展中国家对外投资活动的几个理论 ,来分析我国中小企业对外直接投资的可行性 ,并对其开展对外直接投资提出相关的实践建议。
For a long time,people regard foreign direct investment influential tactics that only for trans-corporation could choose. But as for China, because the amount of small and medium-sized enterprises account for 99% , launching the foreign direct investment of small and medium-sized enterprises has a great theory and realistic meaning even more.This text plans from several theories of explaining developing country FDI activity analysing the feasibility of it and putting forward the relevant practical suggestion for our country's small and medium-sized enterprises.
