摘要
研究导弹垂直弹射过程中制动锥的动力学行为.基于塑性铰理论,利用功能原理和能量守恒定律进行理论分析;采用非线性有限元软件ABAQUS进行仿真计算;采用准静态方式完成了压力机上的试验.用3种方法所得结果基本一致.有限元计算和试验结果给出了接触力和制动锥压缩量之间的经验公式,具体结果和结论可用于制动锥的工程设计和武器系统的发射动力学分析.
The dynamical behavior of the braking cylindrical shells during the vertical ejection of missiles has been studied. On the basis of plastic joint theory, theoretical analysis was carried out using work-energy principle and energy conservation theorem. Computations were completed using the nonlinear FEM software ABAQUS. Experiments were accomplished on the press in a quasi-static state. Results from the above three methods were found essentially identical. An empirical formula relating the contact force to the compression deformation of the braking cylindrical shells is given using the results of computation and experiment. The empirical formula can be used in the engineering design of the braking cylindrical shells and in the launching dynamics analysis of the weapon system.
