摘要
醋糟经碱化、发酵处理,粗蛋白及真蛋白含量分别提高了38.23%和23.48%,粗纤维下降了13.99%,在生长肥育猪饲料中以16%~22%的比例使用效果较好。
Through alkalization and fermentation, the crude and pure protein contents in vinegar-waste increased by 38.23% and 23.48% respectively, and the content of crude fiber decreased 13.99%.Adding 16%~22% of treated vinegar-waste to feeding stuff for growing and fattening pigs could obtain good effect.
