摘要
事故救援是铁路运输的一项基础工作,救援结果和效率与方案决策密切相关。文章介绍铁路救援辅助决策系统的设计思想和实现路径。在多年研发救援装备和研究救援案例的基础上,利用人工智能技术、决策支持技术和多媒体技术,在VisualC#和Windows环境下开发了铁路救援辅助决策系统。该系统采用基于数据库技术的模块化结构,用产生式规则系统表示救援决策知识。在推理策略上设计了逆向的和前向的两条技术路径实现决策操作。在事故现场系统以人机交互方式实时提供一个或一组救援方案,供决策参考。系统已装备救援单位使用。
Accident rescue is one kind of basic work of railway transportation. Rescue decision making may largely influence the rescue effect and efficieney. In this paper, the design idea and implementation paths of the railway rescue decision-aiding system (RDAS) are introduced. Based on years of experiences in rescue equipment development and rescue-cases research, the artificial intelligence, decision supporting and multimedia technologies are used in the Visual C# and Windows environment, and RDAS isse developed. Modular programming based on the database technique is adopted. Rescue decision knowledge is reprsented by the production rule system. Decision is made by two technique-paths that are backward and forward inference. RDAS can provide one or several real-time rescue schemes on the accident site by man-machine interaction for decision making. Rescue units have been equipped with RDAS systems within the Beijing Railway Administration.
