摘要
目的 :采用腰椎椎板减压 ,侧后方植骨和USS(UniversalSpinalSystem)椎弓根螺钉系统内固定治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症的早期疗效。方法 :自2001年5月～2003年10月对68例轻度腰椎滑脱症患者施行腰椎椎板减压 ,侧后方植骨和USS椎弓根螺钉系统内固定手术治疗。结果 :术后平均随访5月～2年10月 ,平均20.4个月。对比手术前后症状恢复程度及滑脱复位程度 :68例患者中 ,39例症状完全消失 ,22例症状基本消失。患者的腰痛及下肢痛症状均有明显缓解 ,无固定螺钉松动及再滑脱现象。优良率89.7 %。结论 :应用USS脊柱内固定系统和侧后方植骨治疗腰椎滑脱症是一种操作简单,效果良好 ,复位满意的可靠方法。
Objective:To observe the early curative effect of the lumbar spondylolisthesis treated with deˉcompression,lumbar pedicle screw fixation systems of USS and posterolateral autologous bone graft.Methods:From May2001to September2003,68cases of light lumbar spondylolisthesis were treated with decompression for spine canal stenosis,and arthrodesis was done by means of bone chip grafting obtained from autologous bone and USS.Results:The patients was followed up between5to34months.The average was20.4months.The results showed that pre-operative clinical symptoms disappeared completely in39of68and partially in22of68.The excellent and good ratio was89.7%.The low back pain and leg pain were relieved significantly in most of the cases and no fixation failture and recurrent slip was found after-operation.Conclusion:Treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis with USS and posterolateral autologous bone graft has satisfactory reduction rate and excellent clinical results.
