摘要
在分析价值链和供应链的联系和区别的基础上,构建了供应链与价值链的关联模型以及协同模型,初步探讨了实现供应链与价值链协同管理的对策。
On the basis of the analysis of the relationship and differences between value chain and supply chain, a correlative model and a synergetic model are constructed. The countermeasures of realizing the synergetic management of value chain and supply chain are discussed.
