摘要
客车生产中车身和构件要经过脱脂、酸洗、磷化等过程 ,会产生酸洗磷化废水 ;车身表面油漆处理会产生油漆废水。两种废水先预处理再生化处理是一种比较可行的方法 ,难度较低 。
Bus body and parts need degreasing, pickling and phosphorizing during the production.At the same, the phosphorization wastewater is produced.Moreover, while the bus body surfaces are painting, the painting waste- water is engendered.It's a feasible method to predispose the two sorts of wastewater and then to do biochemical treatment. This will make the difficulty less and the cost lower.
