摘要
课堂教学公平是影响人的发展的重要环节。但现实教学中由于学生差异、教师水平、社会风气等因素的影响,却存在着各种不公平现象。其后果势必限制学生的全面发展,阻碍教育的发展。为此,从分析教学公平的必要性入手,呼吁开展对教学公平的研究,以更好地推进素质教育和学生综合素质的全面提高。
Fair teaching in class can affect individual's development greatly. However, there is unfairness in the real teaching because of divergence of students, teaching standard, social mood and some other factors. This must restrict the development of students and baffle the development of education. This article will first analyze the necessity the fair teaching, and call on researches for fair teaching to promote quality education and the overall quality of students.
