摘要
以活性炭固载氯化铁为催化剂、乙酸和异戊醇为原料合成了乙酸异戊酯,考察了反应条件对酯化率的影响。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:醇酸摩尔比1 5,催化剂用量1 0g(当乙酸用量为0 1mol时),带水剂甲苯15mL,在110~118℃反应2 5h,酯化率达90%以上。
Iso-amyl acetate was synthetized from acetic acid and iso-amyl alcohol, using ferric chloride supported activated carbon as the catalyst. The influences of reaction conditions on the esterification rate were investigated . The optimum reaction condition were obtained as follows: 0.1 mol acetic acid, iso-amyl-alcohol-to-acetic acid molar ratio=1.5, m(catalyst)=1.0 g,m(water-carrying reagent toluene)=15 mL, reaction temperature 110-118 ℃, reaction time 2.5 h. Esterification rate of over 90% was attained.
