摘要 采用共沉淀法制备了水滑石Mg6Al2(OH)16CO3·4H2O(LDH),煅烧得到镁铝层状复合氧化物(LDO)。X射线衍射(XRD)和热分析(DSC)等结果表明,LDO具有较好的结晶度和良好的热稳定性,表面带有碱性活性中心,可作为一步法合成乙二醇单乙醚醋酸酯(EGEEA)的催化剂。对反应条件进行优化,所得最佳工艺条件为:n(乙酸乙酯)∶n(环氧乙烷)=4∶1,反应温度135℃,催化剂用量为环氧乙烷质量的4%,反应时间60min,体系初压0 9MPa,在此条件下EGEEA收率为39 21%。 Hydrotolcite Mg_6Al_2(OH)_(16)CO_3·4H_2O layered double hydroxide(LDH) was prepared by co-precipitation. Magnesia/alumina hydrotolcite layered double oxide (LDO) was obtained by calcination of LDH and characterized by XRD and DSC. It was found that LDO ,with good crystallinity, good thermal stability and basic active sites on its surface, can be a good catalyst for one-step synthesis of ethylene glycol monoether acetate(EGEEA). The optimum reaction condition was obtained as follows: n(ethyl acetate)∶n(ethylene oxide) =4∶1, reaction temperature 135 ℃, catalyst quantify = 4% of mass of ethylene oxide, reaction time 60 min and initial system pressure 0.9 MPa.EGEEA yield of 39.21% was attained.
