水通道蛋白在高浓度氧肺损伤中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 高浓度氧(高氧)肺损伤是发生于新生儿(特别是早产儿)用高氧持续机械通气后的一种肺损伤性疾病,早期特征性改变是肺泡炎性水肿,继之出现肺间质增生和肺纤维化。水通道蛋白(AQPs)为近年发现的一种功能性水转运蛋白,在肺组织中分布甚广,大多数学者研究发现肺AQPs在高氧肺损伤时表达下降,推测肺损伤时出现的肺泡和间质水肿系AQPs减少所致。
