摘要
用灰色关联度量化模型,求出待选方案与理想方案的关联度,按关联度大小进行排序,择优选择港址,从而为科学决策提供依据.文中给出的计算实例可供从事港口工程的技术人员参考.
A grey system correlation degree model is presented in this paper together with a calculation example.According to the correlation degree between preliminary plans and the ideal plan and by sorting the reference data array,a better harbor site can be selected objectively and scientifically.
