摘要
本实验通过对不同培养条件下钾细菌生长数量的测定,确定了硅酸盐菌剂生产工艺。此外,以化学分析和生物测定的方法,对菌种性能测定的结果表明,硅酸盐菌剂确具利用和分解硅酸盐和磷矿粉的能力,水溶性磷含量比对照增加84×230%,水溶性钾含量比对照增加38×52%
According to the determination of the silicate bacteria growth numbers in different cul- ture conditions, it is ascertained that it is Production technology of the silicate bacteria. In ad- dition, We determine the proporties of this bacteria. The results that we get with methods of both chemical analysis and biodetermine prove that silicate bacteria have definite decomposi- tion the silicate and phosphorated mineral.The content of the solublep and K increase by 84~ 230% and 38~52% over the contrasts.
