摘要
论述了网络环境下打破条块分割、多元分散的结构模式,充分利用新技术、新媒体,实现信息资源共建共享是图书馆发展的必然趋势,而共享的前提是共建,图书情报界必须采取有效措施,加快共建才能实现共享,也才能适应社会发展的要求。
This paper discusses that the co-constructing and sharing of the in formation resources by using the new techniques and new mediums is the inevitabl e trend of the development of the library, and points out that the co-construct ing is the precondition of the sharing, and the library circles must adopt effec tive measures to realize the co-constructing and sharing and fit in with the re quirement of social development.
