摘要 通过沸石的活化和再生试验探讨了沸石除氟的吸附交换机理。实验结果表明,用1.0%的NaOH溶液浸泡12h,然后用2.0%的硫酸铝钾溶液浸泡36h活化,吸附饱和后用浓度为0.5%~2.0%硫酸铝钾再生12h,可以取得较好的除氟效果。绘出了吸附等温线,证明其符合Langmuir吸附等温式,吸附速度符合斑厄姆公式。 The zeolite activation and regeneration experiments were done to remove fluoride effectively and the mechanism of the adsorption was discussed. The zeolite particle soaked in 1.0% NaOH solution for (12 h), and then in 2.0% KAl(SO_4)_2 solution for 36 h beforhand, and 0.5%~2% KAl(SO_4)_2 solution for 12 h for regeneration, give good effect. The adsorption isotherm at 25 ℃ was made and it obeys Langmuir equation, and the rate of the adsorption conforms to Banerm equation.
