摘要
目的 :探讨过度训练大鼠各脏器组织谷氨酰胺 (Gln)的代谢变化及Gin的干预作用。方法 :采用过度训练大鼠模型 ,通过补充Gln对比试验 ,应用高效液相色谱技术 ,观察过度训练后大鼠血浆及各组织中Gln含量的变化。结果 :单纯运动组大鼠血浆 ,肌肉、肝脏、肺脏Gln含量与安静对照组比较 ,明显减少 (P <0 0 )补充Gln运动组大鼠血浆及各组织Gln含量与安静对照组比较 ,下降不明显 (P >0 0 5 ) ,与单纯训练组比较 ,显著升高。结论 :过度训练状态下大鼠血浆及各组织Gln含量显著下降 ,补充外源性的Gln能有效的维持过度训练状态下机体Gln的正常代谢。
