催化裂化提升管进料段内气、固两相混合流动特性及其改进 被引量:24

THE GAS-SOLID TWO-PHASE FLOW AND THE IMPROVEMENT IN THE FEEDSTOCK INJECTION-MIXING ZONG OF FCC RISER

摘要 通过冷模实验,揭示了在传统结构的催化裂化提升管进料混合段内存在两个问题,即颗粒相返混严重以及反应管中各处催化剂在油、剂混相中浓度分布不一致。提出了利用和控制二次流,改进进料段结构的原则,设计了两种新型进料段结构。通过引入径向局部密度分布均匀系数(η)、颗粒相相对返混比()以及特征剂/油浓度比(ηi/CEi)3个参数,可清楚地显示新型进料结构的改进效果。 The cold-model experiments demonstrated two disadvantages of the traditional structure of feedstock injection-mixing zone in FCC riser, namely the particle phase backmixing and the non-uniformity of catalyst concentration in reactor catalyst-oil mixed phase. The principle was to utilize and to control the jet secondary flow to improve the design of feedstock injection-mixing structure. Two new types of feedstock injection-mixing structures are proposed, whose advantages are seen clearly by introducing three parameters: the uniformity index of the radial local density distribution(η), the relative backmixing ratio of the particle phase(), and the catalyst/oil concentration ratio(η_i/C_(Ei)).
