摘要
奥运会的组织活动包含知识生产的过程,也是知识管理应得到高度发展的领域。奥运会的知识管理以人为中心,以信息为基础,既包括信息管理又包括对人的管理。从奥运会的特点来看,其知识管理是围绕着奥运会的承办目标而进行的知识挖掘、知识整合与存储、知识共享和知识转化的综合过程。采用了案例的方式,具体分析了悉尼奥运会知识管理的功能、组织架构及实施情况。最后针对北京2008奥运会如何开展知识管理提出了建议。
The organization of Olympic Games includes the process of knowledge production, and knowledge management of the Olympic Games should be further developed. Knowledge management of the Olympic Games should be human-oriented and based on information, which includes both the management of human power and that of information. In terms of the features of the Olympic Games, knowledge management is responsible for the organization of the Olympic Games. The four steps of knowledge management of the Olympic Games are: knowledge digging, knowledge integrating and storing, knowledge sharing and the transfer of knowledge. Using the method of case study, the paper analyzes the function, organization structure and implementation of the Sydney Olympic Games. At last, this paper puts forward a suggestion on how the Beijing Olympic Games should develop knowledge management.
