摘要
文章分析了重介选煤工艺中,悬浮液固相体积浓度与介耗之间的关系。结果表明悬浮液固 相体积浓度过高,流动性差,产品介耗就高。其实质是悬浮液粘度大、煤泥含量大、分流量不合适等造 成的。了解悬浮液固相体积浓度是判断流动性和指导介质分流大小的依据。
The article discuss the relationship between the volume concentration of solid phase in suspension and heavy-medium consumption, in dense medium coal cleaning process. The result indicates that products entrain dense medium is poor fluidity of dense medium suspensions caused by excessive volume concentration of solid phase in the suspensions, in essence, excessive conglutination, too much of coal slime in it, unseemliness of by-pass flow rate, etc. It is very important to make sure of volume concentration of solid phase which is the basis to determine the fluidity and by-pass flow of dense medium.
