摘要
本文在学习型组织概念的基础上,分析了学习型图书馆及其馆员所应具备的核心能力,进一步阐述了学习型图书馆的能力保障。
On the basis of organization concept of a learning library, this paper mainly expounds the core capacity of such a learning library, not only for a le arning library but also for a librarian, and discusses factors affecting the cap acity of a learning library.
