摘要
采用MDI 5 0为原料 ,制得了符合塑胶跑道施工要求的预聚体 ,探讨了催化剂用量、橡胶颗粒用量及增塑剂等对反应过程及制品的影响。结果表明 ,采用满足施工要求的催化剂用量 ,添加2 0 %橡胶颗粒 ,由MDI 5 0预聚体制得的塑胶跑道制品 ,各项指标均达到国家标准 。
Prepolymer based on MDI-50 for plastic course was prepared, the effects of catalyst, rubber granule and DOP on reacting and product performance were also studied. Employing suitable amount of catalysts and 20% content of rubber, we found that property of MDI-50 based plastic course can achieve the level of GB standard and its strength property enormously exceed the index of the standard.
