摘要 采用最小二乘法对螺山站水位流量关系进行了多项式曲线拟合,以形成平均的水位流量关系曲线,在消除水位流量关系绳套曲线的影响后分析比较螺山站同流量下水位变化的原因:由于河道泥沙淤积、滩地开发利用,致使过水断面减小,过水能力降低,流量较小时同流量下水位抬升明显;同时在大流量时由于洪水漫滩,水流阻力增大、泄流不畅,造成比降变缓,因而同流量下水位也有所抬高.建议在确定防洪标准和堤防加高时,应充分考虑大流量时同流量下水位升高这一特点. In some reaches the water levels in the 1998 flood reached higher than the 1954 records, but the corresponding discharges in the 1998 flood were less than the 1954 records. This paper mainly discusses the reason of this phenomenon, and analyzes the stage-discharge relationship of Luoshan Hydrologic Station with polynomial fitting methods, after influences of stage-discharge relationship is excluded, this paper analyses whether the water level at the same discharge in the typical hydrologic stations were raised or not, and the reason for raising of water level, which includes the deposit of sediment and the decrease of flood capacity etc.. Finally, this paper suggests that the raising of water level in the same discharge should be considered when the standard to flood control and crest elevation of levee are constituted.
