风冷式冷水机组实现全年供冷的制冷剂流量与风量控制策略 被引量:3

摘要 针对常规的风冷式冷水机组在环境温度较低时出现冷量急剧减少等问题,提出了膨胀阀并联毛细管和变冷凝器风机的新型机组型式.利用计算机仿真平台,分析比较了机组的性能,制定并校核了控制策略,提出根据冷媒水的进水温度来确定毛细管通路的开关,根据环境温度来控制风机的开机数.应用该方法所设计的冷水机组已在实际中得到应用,实现了全年正常供冷. In order to overcome the problems happened in air-to-water chillers under low ambient temperature, such as the rapid decrease of cooling capacity, a type of air-to-water chiller was presented, in which an additional capillary tube parallel to expansion valve as well as variable condenser fans is used. Based on the simulation platform, the performance variations under different conditions were compared and the control strategy was determined. The on or off of the capillary tube depends on the inlet temperature of coolant water and the number of fans is determined by the ambient temperature.
