摘要
对某工路段89名养路工的神经行为功能测试结果表明,接触组的数字广度、手提敏捷度、数字译码、视觉记忆和目标追踪-Ⅱ得分均显著低于对照组,视觉运动反应时显著长于对照组。接触组的愤怒情绪状态和数字译码得分随工龄增加显著降低,而平均反应时随工龄增加明显延长。提示沥青对养路工神经行为功能的影响可能存在一定的剂量—效应关系。
Neurobehavioral core test for 89 workers of road maintenance was made. The results showed thatthe scores of the digit span, Santa-Ana manual dexterity, digit symbol, Benton visual retention, andpursuit aiming of the workers exposed to asphalt were significantly lower than those of the controlgroupe. Simple reaction time in the exposed groups was longer than that in the control groups. It wasfound that the scores of anger mood states and digit symbol decreased markedly with the increase of se-niority in the exposed groups This suggested that there might exist a dose-effect relation in the effect ofasphalt on the neurobehavior of the workers exposed to asphalt.
